Fried Soft Shell Shrimp:
Egg wash with two eggs, 1/4 cup of mustard, and 1/3 cup of milk and cajun seasoning. Then dredge in seasoned Zatarains or seasoned corn flour. Fry until crispy in vegetable oil at 350f.
